Job Description

**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented onsite Service Administrator to join our team specializing in service for our branch in Downey, California. In this onsite role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Serve as the primary point of contact with customers by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers. + Identify customer's needs, gathers pertinent information, provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans and provide status updates to customers on repair work. + Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability; review plan with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact. + Open and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty, explain charges to Customers to resolve any concerns and close work orders once complete. + Work with Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments, monitor key performance metrics for the Workshop, including labor productivity and Customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** To be successful in this onsite role you will need the following: + Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training. + Knowledge of Diesel and/or Natural Gas Engines required. Prior experience in a shop service environment, repair and warranty related field preferred. + Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner. + Must have excellent computer skills using multiple computer monitors and multiple software platforms, knowledge of Cummins QSOL preferred. + Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. + Please note, this position is 100% onsite at our Branch in Downey, California. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education, Licenses, Certifications** + Technical Trade School/Vocational Diploma or Certification or equivalent experience required. **Compensation and Benefits** Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
