Curate custom itineraries based on client needs and preferences
Research hotels, experiences, dining, and excursions around the world
Communicate with top-tier suppliers and vendors to arrange seamless travel
Prepare professional proposals, invoices, and travel documents
Respond to client questions and support them before, during, and after their trip
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier tools
Participate in optional ongoing training and team masterminds
Build lasting relationships with your clients and create repeat/referral business
A passion for travel and helping others
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication
A self-starter mindset, you love managing your own schedule
Comfortable using tech tools like email, booking platforms, and CRM systems
Bonus: Previous customer service, travel, marketing, or sales experience
