Job Description:
As the Project Manager at Acadia Landscape Co, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of landscaping installations, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to our exceptional quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled laborers and contractors, manage resources, and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the installation of landscaping projects, including sod, paver patios, artificial turf, and concrete work.
  • Coordinate daily project operations, including scheduling, material procurement, and labor allocation.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of landscaping professionals to ensure efficient project delivery and high-quality results.
  • Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are adhered to on all job sites.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure client specifications and expectations are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all tools and equipment.
  • Handle client communications to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality control checks on all installations to ensure a flawless final product.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in landscaping or construction management, with a strong focus on hardscape and landscape installations.
  • Prior experience managing teams and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, paver installation, artificial turf, and concrete work.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both team members and clients.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle unexpected issues on the job site.
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to management.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with estimating and project budgeting.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus.
