Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and drive campaign effectiveness. This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative and creative tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Conduct market research and compile reports on customer trends and competitor activities
Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Support the preparation of presentations, briefs, and internal documentation
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to support project execution
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights
Maintain organized records of marketing materials and assets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with marketing principles and project coordination
