Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in the execution of campaigns, coordination of projects, and management of client communications. The ideal candidate will bring organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments for campaign execution
Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
Help organize promotional events and conferences
Maintain organized digital records of marketing materials and assets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and terminology
