Are you passionate about supporting a team? Do you enjoy working independently and collaboratively? Dr. Berg Nutritionals is hiring a Marketing Assistant who wants to be part of an expanding team. If this sounds like you, then you are in the right place!

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive marketing assistant to support the marketing team by handling a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, campaign coordination, content creation, and market research. This individual will play a vital role in the execution and success of marketing strategies, often working closely with other departments and external vendors. 

The ideal candidate will have strong administration, organization, and communication skills, and a keen eye for grammar and detail. 

Please note this is a contract-to-hire position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

• Update weekly statistics for marketing team. 

• Assist with content coordination for shop and content site. 

• Provide announcements on product launch and updates. 

• Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met across campaigns. 

• Share approved promotion calendars with team. 

• Assist with marketing follow-up as needed. 

• Support the marketing team with ad hoc requests. 

• Coordinate with agencies on images posted on YouTube Community. 

• Monitor team Marketing communication boards within Trello.

• Update sales statistics on designated platforms weekly, based on schedule. 

• Provide updated revenue data to management weekly. 

Qualifications & Skills Required 

• 1+ years' experience assisting a Marketing team or similar experience

• Strong writing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail 

• Detail-focused with strong organizational skills

• Ability to spot opportunities for quality improvement 

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of programs 

• Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal 

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 

• Previous experience working remotely 

• Experience in Trello, Klavio, or Shopfiy a plus. 

Work from Home Requirements 

• Up-to-date PC with Windows or Mac computer with MacOS operating system, anti-virus protection, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Stable Wi-Fi connection, suitable computer, and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work. 

• Tech-savvy approach to everyday tasks and communication is imperative.

• Must be comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) and able to learn and navigate new computer software.

Pay: $20-24/hour 

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm EST 

Location: Fully remote 

Type: CONTRACT to Hire
