Loving Hearts Learning in Paxton, MA is looking for a full time EEC certified teachers to join our Loving Hearts Team. We are located on 1 Church St. Paxton, Ma. We offer a full creative play curriculum through Brightwheel, Experience curriculum that is flexible and versatile. We believe work should stay at work! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, dependable, creative, hardworking, and can engage in play with our little ones. Is willing to get down on the children’s level, engage and support social emotional interactions and play. A team player who leads by example, assures all of our LHLC and EEC policies and guidelines are being followed daily and support staff when needed throughout the day. Teacher Job Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children.
• Assure you are documenting and sharing with parents the important milestones in a child’s day via Brightwheel
• Respect and observe children's interests. Intervene when needed to maintain safety. Enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities.
• Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate for children.
• Working with co-teacher and assuring that curriculum and planning are prepared the week prior.
• Support center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• EEC Teacher certified and can provide a copy of your certification
• Must meet all EEC Teacher requirements
• Flexibility, versatility and willingness to work within business hours
• Previous experience as teacher preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Complete all required paperwork required by EEC: 12 Essentials Training, Professional Qualifications number, up to date physical and immunizations with 2 MMR results or TEATS
• First Aide & CPR Certified
