We have an immediate opening for a multi-location General Manager in Tallahassee, Florida responsible for teams at Capital Mercedes Benz and Porsche Tallahassee. Candidates for this position must have proven success in luxury brand automotive sales, team building, customer satisfaction and successful management of multiple automotive dealerships as a General Manager or General Sales Manager. Qualifications:

• It is recommended that general managers have at least five years’ automotive general manager experience.
• Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
