Founder Message

An initiative close to my heart and driven by my personal journey. At 18, fresh out of my A-levels, I stepped into the professional world with a vision to make a difference. Now, nearly a decade later, I have not only established my businesses but also founded this NGO to champion a cause that I deeply believe in: the empowerment of women.

Throughout my professional journey, I have encountered countless women from various walks of life, and one common challenge they face is the lack of proper guidance and resources. Our society, while rich in tradition, often confines women to limited, objectified roles. This has led to a resistance to accept women thriving in professional life, often manifesting in criticism and, unfortunately, character assassination. This is not just a challenge for individuals, but a hurdle for our entire society.

Khudmukhtaar Aurat is my response to this challenge. I envision a Pakistan where women are not just participants in the economy but are drivers of progress. With women making up 52% of our population, yet only 21% actively contributing to the workforce, we are far behind global standards. If we can bridge this gap, studies suggest that our economy could grow by 30% by 2030.

Our mission is to create spaces for women in every profession, to normalize their presence and success, and to ensure that they have the financial independence necessary to thrive. By empowering women, we empower our nation. Together, we can build a future where a woman’s success is celebrated, not criticized, and where her contribution is seen as essential, not optional.”
